Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry, Inc.'s Commitment to Quality Satisfaction Guarantee How We Process Your Order Order With Safety and Privacy Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's Privacy Policy The Information We Collect and How We Use It Your name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, and special delivery instructions help Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's to deliver your order on time and to the correct location. A dry cleaners Tulsa customer service representative will contact you if there are any questions we might have about your order. Your user name, password, and password reminder allows Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's to verify that you are a registered customer and will prevent anyone else who may have access to your computer from ordering in your name without your express permission. Online Surveys Dry Cleaning Authorization Policy The main purpose of the release form is to alert you to the possible problem. If you agree, the item will be processed with extreme care and returned to you in a usable condition. However, if damage does develop, Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's will not be held responsible since it has warned you of the risk and obtained your consent to proceed. If Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry determines the need for a consent form, a Customer Care Representative will attempt to contact the customer for verification and authorization. If authorization for cleaning can not be obtained in a timely manner, then Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's will deliver the item in question back to the customer. You may choose to re-submit them with a release form expressing your acknowledgment that Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's will clean them at customers own risk. Delivery Policy Delivery Hours- Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's' delivery hours are 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday. Delivery Fees- Delivery is FREE for orders of $15 or more and only $7 for orders under $15. Gratuity- Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's couriers have been instructed not to accept tips or gratuities. Acceptance of Delivery- All pickups and deliveries are made only to a specific location within your company or residence. This location has been designated by you or your company as a pickup and drop-off station for Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's. Late Delivery- If unusual circumstances make it impossible to deliver your order during the scheduled day, it will be delivered immediately the following day. Right to Refuse Service-Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. Leather/Suede Items Policy We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. All leather and suede garments are cleaned 100% at customer's own risk, and Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage or fading as a result of the dry cleaning process. Household Items Policy We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small hole in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry cleaning and laundering we can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Re-Cleaning Policy To request re-cleaning, please e-mail Customer Service Center and explain the problem. You will receive a coupon identification number. Place the coupon identification number on your order form in the coupons section and resubmit the items as an order. The courier will pick-up the items on schedule. Loss Policy Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's exercises utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. As such, differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry's liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times. |
