Our route customers enjoy the very special convenience of not having to make that special trip to the drycleaner. Once you're on our route, we designate a Pickup and Delivery Location (PDL) at your house. We issue two Top Priority nylon laundry bags and on your route days, you simply place your bag in the pickup and delivery location (PDL) by 8:00 A.M. Your
Tulsa dry cleaners route driver checks the PDL, retrieves your bag, and delivers your clothing from the previous route day. Your clothing is returned the way you would expect from Mac's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry, Inc. with an invoice attached. You will receive a statement at the end of the month detailing your monthly invoices. There is no need to be home and there is no extra charge for this

Choose the Tulsa laundry services that works best for you:
- VIP Route Service: We regularly stop by your home twice a week. If you have garments to be cleaned, we'll pick up your bag and return your clothes to you professionally cleaned and ready to wear just three business days later.
- On-Call Delivery Service: You contact us when you have cleaning to be picked up.
- Scheduling an On-Call pick-up is simple - you can click "Schedule an On-Call Pick-up" at macscleaners.com or call 918-838-3436.
- You can request On-Call service as late as 3 p.m. the business day prior to your scheduled service day (Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday). For instance, if you would like your order picked up on a Tuesday, contact us any time before 3 p.m. on Monday.
Our Tulsa laundry business is that easy.
- Your cleaned order will be returned on your next service day, three days later. For instance, if we pick up your order on Monday your garments will be returned cleaned and pressed on Thursday.
- There will be a $7 charge for all On-Call orders less than $25.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
For your convenience at our dry cleaners Tulsa has come to count on we are able to offer next day service for most areas. There will be a $7 charge for this service. However, in certain instances we cannot guarantee next day service including items of clothing which have spots that need to be re-cleaned and/or require authorization. You will be notified in these special cases and not charged for any service not rendered.
GENERAL DELIVERY
Please Allow one week for alterations or major repairs.
Allow 2-3 weeks for Specialty Items such as Leather/Suede, Carpet & Drapery Cleaning, Bridal
or Wedding Dress Preservation or Garment Restoration.
